Meet Our Long-Term Foster Dogs: Love Awaits
It's difficult to understand why some dogs quickly find their forever homes but others linger in foster care for months or even years. It might be that they’re no longer puppies, their fur isn't the ideal color, or they’re simply too shy to capture an adopter's attention right away. Yet, they are filled with love to share!
The dogs featured here are still young and full of energy, but they have outgrown the wild puppy phase. They have thrived in caring foster homes with other pets and have interacted with a variety of people. Their foster families have provided them with valuable experiences that have prepared them to be wonderful companions in their new homes. Please take a moment to explore the dogs below; one of them could be the perfect addition to your family!
Meet Diane! 🐾
At just 1 ½ years old, Diane is a bright, curious pup who’s ready to make a splash in her forever home! She LOVES water — whether it’s a kiddie pool, a pond, or the hose in the yard, Diane is always up for some splashy fun.
When she’s not in the water, you’ll often find her wrestling and romping with her foster dog friends. She’s playful, full of energy, and loves having a good time. Diane is also incredibly smart and inquisitive — she enjoys exploring her surroundings, learning new things, and keeping her brain as active as her body.
Diane would thrive in an active home that can keep up with her adventurous spirit and give her plenty of outlets for both play and learning. With her big heart, clever mind, and fun-loving personality, Diane is sure to be a wonderful companion.
