Meet our sweet Novalee.  She's a three-year-old female cattle dog mix, who may be socially shy at first, but once you get to know her, she's a loving and loyal companion.

 

This incredible journey began with her as a skinny and starving pup, searching for shelter and care. With the help of a two-week board and train program, she has made remarkable progress in gaining confidence and, while still not a party girl, is learning to enjoy some socializing away from home. She still appreciates her alone time in the backyard to roll around and explore.  Novalee also enjoys playing with the other dogs in her foster home.
